What does it do?

  • Booked calls become leads

    On “Call planned”, with the time and the meeting link. Someone who filled in your form is updated, not added twice.

  • Settings per booking page

    Choose which booking pages make leads, and give each its own tags and language, so the right emails and automations start by themselves.

  • Moved and canceled calls follow

    A moved call moves on the lead, a canceled one is noted, and you choose a follow-up date after the call.

How to connect it

  1. In 23 Studios, go to Integrations › Calendly and press Connect Calendly.
  2. Log in to Calendly. We set up the rest in Calendly for you.
  3. Choose per booking page whether it makes leads, with which tags and in which language.
